The second leg of Snow Patrol’s sell out UK tour kicks off this week and the band have been forced to make some changes to their support band line up as French Kicks have had to pull out. Scottish band Laeto have been announced as their replacement on the bill for the whole tour except the opening date in Southampton. Also, after their brilliant performances in London and Birmingham, The Ghears have been added as second support at the Ulster Hall in Belfast on the 23rd December. The new support line up in full is as follows:-
15th – Southampton Guildhall – Morning Runner and The Ghears
16th – Manchester Apollo – Seafood and Laeto
17th – Manchester Apollo – Delays and Laeto
19th – Glasgow Barrowlands – Delays and Laeto
20th – Glasgow Barrowlands – Delays and Laeto
21st – Glasgow Barrowlands – Eugene Kelly and Laeto
22nd – Belfast Ulster Hall – Eugene Kelly and Iain Archer
23rd – Belfast Ulster Hall – Iain Archer and The Ghears
It has also been confirmed that over 1 million copies of Final Straw have been sold in the UK alone. The album hit 1 million worldwide sales a few months ago.
