Lo-fi sub pop, simple, sweet. But not the fkind you’d find Bis perpetrating, no, no – this is far more important because this does and this will actually matter. If anything, if I have to – to give you an idea – they sound a bit like Placebo without an agenda, without a Canadian on vocals, but I’m reluctant to do that because they deserve better, and they probably are. The b-side shines too, the lyrics the most polished of all: ‘I met her last night again after hours / The only words I could muster were, um, ‘Hi”. Simple, sweet. Another little gem for Jeepster. 9/10
